Ladie Contessa McMatley

The first cria born on the McMatley farm, “Tessa,” like her half brother, Gandalf, also possesses a dense fleece. Contessa had in excess of 8 inches of staple length at six months of age.

Contessa is very gentle. She was the perfect animal to show in showmanship classes. She is an experienced dam, with four cria on the ground. Her first cria, Ladie Francesca, has the sire's color and Tessa's disposition, proving that she can pass color. Her second cria, Duquessa, has great locks, and an upright confirmation.  Her third, Foxtrot, has his sire, Harry Brown's signature color.  She recently gave birth to Quickstep, out or our first place winner, Lord Cuzco.  She is currently bred to our Spellcaster, this is a repeat that produced Ladie Duquesa.
